Effective Date: October 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to coaching services, packages, trial sessions, digital materials, and other services offered by Fluency Lab through fluencylabcoach.com.
By purchasing or booking a Fluency Lab service, you agree to these terms.
Coaching Services
Fluency Lab provides educational coaching related to English communication, fluency, professional communication, interview preparation, public speaking, presentations, confidence, executive communication, and related skills.
Coaching is educational and developmental in nature.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Fluency Lab does not guarantee any particular employment, interview, promotion, salary, business, academic, immigration, professional, or personal outcome.
Results vary depending on factors including participation, preparation, practice, existing ability, circumstances, and implementation outside of coaching sessions.
Interview coaching does not guarantee that a client will receive a job offer.
Scheduling
Clients are responsible for booking available session times through the designated scheduling system.
Available appointment times may change based on existing bookings, calendar availability, holidays, travel, or business operations.
Clients are responsible for confirming the correct appointment date, time, and time zone displayed during booking.
Payment
Payment is due according to the service or package selected.
Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future purchases.
Once a package or session has been purchased, the price paid applies to that purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Packages
A coaching package provides the number of sessions described at the time of purchase.
Packages may be subject to an expiration or validity period displayed at checkout or within the applicable plan.
Unused sessions are not redeemable for cash.
Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to arrive prepared and participate in good faith.
For specialized coaching, such as interview or presentation preparation, clients are encouraged to provide relevant materials far enough in advance for reasonable preparation.
Fluency Lab is not responsible for reduced session value caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or last-minute information supplied by the client.
Session Conduct
Respectful and professional behavior is expected during all coaching sessions.
Fluency Lab reserves the right to end or discontinue services in cases involving harassment, threats, discriminatory conduct, abusive behavior, inappropriate sexual behavior, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that makes continuation of the professional relationship unreasonable.
Technology
Sessions may take place through Zoom or another online platform.
Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, compatible device, microphone, and other technology needed to participate.
Fluency Lab is not responsible for disruptions caused by a client's internet connection, equipment, software, or local technical problems.
If a significant technical issue originates from Fluency Lab's side, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or make up affected coaching time.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Fluency Lab retains ownership of original coaching materials, frameworks, worksheets, presentations, exercises, written resources, and educational content provided to clients.
Materials are provided for the individual client's personal or professional development and may not be resold, publicly distributed, republished, uploaded as paid content, or represented as the client's own training materials without written permission.
Recording Sessions
Clients may not record coaching sessions without prior permission.
If Fluency Lab wishes to record a session for educational, quality, testimonial, promotional, or other purposes, permission will be obtained where appropriate before using identifiable client material.
Confidentiality
Fluency Lab will make reasonable efforts to treat information shared during coaching as private.
However, coaching should not be treated as legal, medical, psychological, financial, or other legally privileged professional communication.
Clients should avoid sharing confidential employer information, trade secrets, protected customer data, passwords, proprietary documents, or other information they are not authorized to disclose.
Educational Scope
Fluency Lab is not a law firm, medical provider, mental-health provider, immigration adviser, financial adviser, recruiter, or employment agency.
Coaching should not be considered a substitute for advice from an appropriately licensed professional.
Website Content
Website content, blog articles, social-media posts, downloadable materials, and other educational resources are provided for general informational purposes and may not apply to every individual situation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fluency Lab will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of coaching services, website content, third-party platforms, or decisions made based on coaching discussions.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Fluency Lab's liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
Third-Party Platforms
Some services depend on third-party platforms such as Wix, Zoom, Google, payment processors, email providers, and scheduling services.
Fluency Lab is not responsible for outages, policy changes, technical errors, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
